Deduction of Balance

I have an Airtel Hyderabad no. which I am using in Gurgaon.. Rs 98 was deducted from my balance in the name of Internet charges which i subscribed last month, and not in this month... when I called 121, I was asked to call Airtel Customer care in Andhra Pradesh which is 09849098490 for which STD charges are applicable.. I tried calling up but the number was not valid...

Airtel should look at upgrading their services for better customer experience rather that robbing their customers of petty cash through such means... SHAME!
