Unauthorized Subscription of Love guru by Airtel and charging of Rs 42 from my account

Unauthorized subscription of Love Guru service on my GSM no. 9771844027 since 13 Jan for charge of Rs7/- per week.

This continued for 6 weeks hence. Total amount deducted from my account Rs 42/-.

Complain filed to airtel customer service. Complain no. is 038300.

It was told that money would be returned from Airtel till 23rd Feb till 1330 hours.

But the money didn't come.
