Airtel Prepaid
Wrongful deduction

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of Airtel Prepaid Mobile No. 9993325105.

Firstly, on two occasion the airtel service provider has wrongfully deducted Rs 200/- from my balance. I have not subscribed for any services. The first occasion was about two months back in month of Mar and second on 25 May. Suddenly my bamlance got reduced by Rs 200/-

Also i have not subscribed for the Taratscope but i do get a Tarat Card reading SMS everyday and the charges for the same are being deducted.

The following are requested

1. The amount of Rs 400/- be credited in my cell account on wrongful deduction

2. The Tarat Card SMS service be stopped immediately.
