Amount deducted without prior intimation

Hi,

On Yesterday (01/08) airtel duducted RS 29 from my mobile accout (9994383523). i called customer care they said, prior intimation SMS has send to all customer that on 01/08 all sms ll be charged. but i didnt got any SMS. Also the way the customer care executive and her supervisor talked with me was worst. its a fault of airtel for not sending prior initmation SMS reg this. i request you to help to get my account refund.
