Illegal balance deduction twice

Hi,

my complaint is regarding illegal balance deduction by airtel. it happened to me twice on12/07 and 24/07. on 12th july1 Rs 99 got deducted stating that i have downloaded some java game which i have not downloaded and neither my phone log is showing any data transfer and no game was there on my phone. i complained to customer care but they behaved in a very arrogant way that nothing can be done my reference no was CBDAL 20712288675. I called customer care 3 times but every time they put my call on hold stating that they are transferring it to their senior but every time they disconnected the call while it was on hold. after 3 times my calls to customer care was disabled... WHAT A SHAME on dese people...

it happened to me again today on 24th july when they again deducted Rs 10 on account of some game download.

finally if i have no option then i have to change my network. This is my last attempt regarding this complaint and after that i and my family and friends will not go for any airtel service in my life..
