Unauthorised Balance deduction

My Airtel Prepaid mobile no is 9862244490. Airtel Co. has deducted unauthorised amount of Rs 106/- from my balance.from 25/09/11to 09/10. When I complained to superviser, customare Airtel, he said the the amount was deducted for excess data usage for internet beyond the 2GB alloted for 1 month of pack 98/-W.e.f . 09/09 to 08/10.while I used only less than 1GB usage from my monthly pack. Also an another subscription service was activated without my permission & any message from my side. This is a common practice of Airtel to forcefull blame to the consumers, because it is my 3rd complain of such type. The amount Rs 106/- should be returned in my balance & hard action should be taken against the fraud Airtel co. & punished for such type of unauthorised activities.
