Unauthorized charges

Sir,

We are using following airtel numbers,

98804 28909, 98454 28909, 99452 35773.

We are getting unwanted messages and unwanted calls everyday and the currency is getting deducted for unsubscribed options which we have not at all requested. Several times we had made a request on 121 to discontinue our internet services but till date no action has been taken.

So please discontinue the internet services for the phone no's 98804 28909, 99452 35773 with immediete effect and see that we do not get unwanted and promotional sms's on daily basis for the above given cell numbers. Pls do the needful and allow us to continue with airtel.
