Did not got blance on roming

I am Javed Sayyed i am using airtel prepaid card since 4 months today i have came to bangalore for official visit and suddenly service provider stoped my service, and my family members were worried while my boss fired on me. I recharge after coming to bangalore of Rs.75 but i dint got any balance while i am not reciveing any call my total sehedule lost due to my service provider. I am enclosing all the recharge details below. i want u take strict action against them and resolve my problem as soon as possible
