Balance wrongly deducted and not returned
My Mobile No. is 9717261097.On 20th of December Airtel Comedy Pack was activated on my mobile without my permission and Rs.30 was deducted as well. Next day early morning I called the customer care from their phone. The guy sitting on the phone agreed to credit my Rs. 30 back in my account. This is a case of pure theft by Airtel. They deduct my balance without my knowledge and then they dont return it back.
I would request the authorities especially the Telecom Authority to know the various ways these so called service providers cheat people of their hard earned money. I hope Justice will be delivered
