Airtelprepaid connection
Unauthorised charges

I am having AIRTEL PREPAID connection 9945047170 i have observed that from the past one month it is deducting unauthorised charges in the name of "BOLLYPIX" which i have never activated and inspite of giving oral complaint to Airtel the amount is not credited to my account. May I request you to look into the matter and refund the authorised charges debitted to my account.

With regards and hoping that my problem will be resolved at the earliest.
