Airtel Prepaid Connection
No de-activation is available once started any services

Myself Shyam Sharma having prepaid connection of Airtel since last 3 yrs. My Airtel No. is: 9898917209.

I would like to bring to your notice that there is a number : 53030 from which i am receiving bulk of un-necessary messages daily and being charged Rs.5/- every 5 days.

I have consulted the Customer Care atleast for 3 times and also sent de-activation messages for number of times as per the Instructions.

But, still the result is zero.

It was just yeaterday, when i had again contacted Airtel Rep (Mr. Nilesh Kumar-Ahmedabad) regrding the issue..but today the nusence has started again.

Kindly do the needful in this regard immediately. OR else i have to cancel our all 4 prepaid connection of Airtel.
