Automatic cutting of money without any reason

There was a message on my mobile "Thanks for downloading IPL T20 official*****Ypu have been charged Rs 30." at 01.16 pm on 31-03." Message from 54321. I did not down load anything. This is not the first time. It has happened many times in past also. There is no other thing which got downloaded on my mobile.

I called up customer care at 10.10 pm on the same day for clarifying the matter. Request Ref no 0331678543. Call center rep said I have downloaded and hence it is deducted. But it is not the case. When I asked him more details, he just cut the phone. And now I dont know what to do? For this call also, i50 paisa charged to me.

Is this the new way of Airtel to earn money?

Please let me know what steps are to be taken in such cases. In past I went to customer care centre also. But no result.
