Airtel Prepaid Mobile
Unwanted weekly deduction by Yahoo zone

Yahoo zone is deducting Rs.10.00 every week through Airtel prepaid mobile service on my mob. no 918009001596. This it is not authorised by me. I complained on 10 th Jan to Airtel to stop deduction and I was informed that action has been taken. Again duction was effected on 17th Jan. I again contacted customer care of Airtel. I was assured for deactivation of this deduction and further an SMS was given to me for Reference no CBDOV20117425632 for my approach to Airtel in this regard. Inspite of all these the deduction is continued for 24th Jan and 31st Jan.

I request to stop this deduction at what ever stage it is being done and also refund the amounts so deducted and be credited to my prepaid mobile no 918009001596.
