Dear Sir,

I, Mausumi Chakravorty, a loyal customer of Airtel Mobile prepaid services have been charged Rs45/-

for the Hello Tunes which i have not subscribed. Message Details are as follows:

SMS received at 3:54pm on 8.03.2011

Kindly make sure that i get my refund back. I have contacted airtel customer care several times, but they have not responded yet which is very disappointing.
