Wrongly charging for services not demanded

I undersigned am having the Airtel prepaid no 9993339861 since Nov. Through this complaint i want to tell that i have been charged Rs 99/- and 30/- on two occasions. I have not asked for the service. like downloading value pack and airtel friendchat service. The message comes and straightway the money is deducted from my account. When called to customer care firstly they make us to wait for at least half an hour and then they transfer the call to higher executive and every time while transferring the call the call gets dissconneted. Ihave request no CBCC30107826916 for deducting Rs 99 and request no CBDFC20202162469 for deducting Rs 30/- dated 7th January and 2nd February respectively. If the complaints are not looked for i have no choice to change the service provider.
