Dear Sir/ Madam

I am using Airtel mobile connection from long since, my mobile number is 9928427002 jaipur rajasthan, and every time it has been observed that after my recharge I started receiving messages from Airtel saying that I have downloaded Weekly Subscription service and Videshitashen 57775, AR-Tashan, automatically services have activated and deduction start from my prepaid balance. They have deducted this for 8 weeks at Rs.20 per week i.e Rs.160/-. I have repeatedly contacted airtel and they have told that this will not be duducted further. I have also taken up the issue to airtel nodal officer rajasthan at email id: nodal officer.raj@airtel.in and recd mail that i will be replied to in 3 days on 19.08.11 but again i am deducted Rs20/- by airtel for video tashan on 23.08.2011.

I DIDN'T DOWNLOADED ANYTHING FROM AIRTEL but without request unnecessarily deducted money from my account Rs160, I am totally frustrated. Please somebody help and get my money back. No one in this world will waste so much money in unwanted/unusable facility. I don’t know why Airtel deducted so much money from my account without any reason. My phone number is 9928427002.please in return my hard earned money.

I am requesting you, please help in recovering against unwanted/unusable facility deducted amount from Airtel Company.

Many times I have requested to Airtel Company (including in/out calls) deduction charges data from connection start to till date but they are not supporting me.
