i am bineet kumar pandey, s/o shivnandan pandey and i bought a sim card in delhi since saturday.the shop keeper told me that your sim will start since monday but still tuesday my sim could not be started.my m.nois :-9650336934and my sim no:-8991100902156573840.plese help me sir recently.i am in problem.for this act of kindness I am always oblised you.
