Activated service but iam not activate

Respected sir,

iam palanivel i have use airtel prepaid connection that connection many times service activate for automatically but iam not activate for that service the customer care service willbe paid one and two times than after probelm for activate the sevice iam really appcet for disturbing.. pls action for airtel
