Alance deduction

Sir,

I m using the airtel no 9810946711 . so far i don't have any complaints. I m frequently using this no from lat 3-4 years... but now a days i noticed tha t unnecessary my balance has been deducted and wen i used to go to call any of my friends/relatives... the sound comes that "PLEASE CHEK UR BALANCE IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO CALL"

On last 4-5 days when i checked my balance i noticed the balance of Rs45 has

been deducted from my account.. i really shocked...

immediately call in the customer care and he assured me that ur balance has been credited to ur a/c on 28th feb . but so far i could not received any amount...

I just wanna know that "Is this right to harrass ur old clients".. i m also using two postpaid connections of airtel/... and i really very happy satisfying with mypostpaid connections. SO I ONLY REQUESTED U THAT DO THE NECESSARY AND CREDITED MY DEDUCTIONS AMOUNT TO MY NO. 98109746711 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..
