Complete Misguidence to the Custome

Hi..!

My Name is MD. Amjad ali, i have applied for the new PAN card as i lost my old one. I went to Alankit Assignment Pvt Ltd, 203 & 204, @nd Floor, Kalyan Plaza, DR. A.S. RAO Nagar. and applied for the PAN card on 15th November I filled every thing according to the company person guidence. after 10 days they have given me the acknowledgement and asked me to check for the status online. and when i checked for the status online i stated that my Surname Mismatches. I went to PAN card branch and said the same they said that it was the mistake to fill the surname like that and asked me to send the formed duly filled with correct Full name and address details duly signed by gessette officer. and send it to Alankit Assignment Ltd 2E/21, Jhandewalan Extension, New Delhi. And i did the same after one week i checked the status online with the help of my acknowledgement number, but still the status shows INVALID documents. This mistake is because to the poor guidence of the company person. how to get my pan card. please help
