These people are CHEATS. They take money and bring candidates without proper reference. When it comes to bringing a replacement, they simply refuse to take your calls. They are supposed to bring a replacement ASAP and the service personnel promises he will bring within 48 hours. All LIES. The customer service personnel are rude and unresponsive. CHEATS!! Beware of them. The service personnel at Hyderabad: Mr. Ranjeet simply took away the salary of the prebious maid and never brought a replacement. He refuses to taek my call. The bangalore office does not return calls if you haev placed a complaint. I called today, 10th May at 10.30 a.m., 12.00 noon and 3.00 p.m. The receptionist Meghana told me that all teh employees have gone on an office lunch and will be back only at 5.00 p.m.and that they should not be contacted. She gave me Pooja, customer care person's number after a lot of fighting adn pooja refused to pick up my calls. CHEATS. They have fleaced me of Rs. 3500. Small amount but breach of promise. Also, given that they do not have any candidates listed on their company and they just pick up anyone and everyone who needs a job, they have very very poor referencing. Thsi can be dangerous for customers.
