ATM false tranaction

I have issued Rs 10000 from SBI ATM holding Allahabad bank ATM and faced a false transaction on 5th of March. Registered a complaint in respective branch... after one month of delay no information was provided recently again I went to bank and readdressing the issue... showing lack of interest and lot of pushing they answered the money has been withdrawn. Now the same has happened with 15k. Asking for complaint no they gave a number and when asked again they gave another number.

Kindly let me know what procedure I should follow to overcome negligence of the bank. I know about RBI rules but dont know how to follow the procedure. Please show me the way.
