With all due respect to your power and authority, I Sumit kumar a semi previleged citizen of India want to through light on malafide recuritment procedure of Allhabad bank for post of Probationary Officer 2010. Sir employment in India is like soul to the body of educated Indians. Infact this is true for every human being in this world. Examination is most pious method to select ables for apt post.every person work hard for such kind of exams, waits for result and hope best for their success. Competitors presume the process to be fair and transparent and according to law of land. Appearing in exam is what they feel biggest oppurtunity and hope best for their life. If such examination turns away into a unfair activity it hurt the feeling of those hopeful candidates. My application is to every authority who can look into this matter and secure faith and trust of people in just and fair civil society of us.

In recently held Allhabad bank examination for the post of PO elgibilty criteria for candidates was " Graduation with 55% aggregate". Word "Aggregate" in normal practice in banking exams as precedent, is sum of all honours papers of Bacholar Degree. In fact in broucher of Allhabad bank PO exam for year 2010 which held on 21.02.2010 clearly indicated marks for eligibility in form of aggregate and not mentioning expressly any other method of mark aggregation. Now on the release of results there is certain clause in bio data cum declaration form which is unjust and deviated from what was on Original broucher. under the N.B of Clause no.10 of Bio-Data Cum Declaration form the meaning and convention of "aggregate" has been changed without any kind of prior information. In fact these things should not be change in middle course of recruitment process. There was no such criteria when people where filling forms. If such things would have been indicated before many candidates who not are eligibile might have been not appeared in exam. This type of policy change is arbitrary unjust and against the procedure established by law. People filled form on basis of criteria in original brochure and now when results are out and people qualified the written exam, many of them can't face interview because of revised "Aggregate" method in N.B of Clause no.10 of Bio-Data Cum Declaration form. First thing is that this process is not at all justified, Second it wasted time and money of many eligible candidates and thrahsed their hope. This is serious damage to persons who qualified for written exams.

With these facts even a normal sane person will consider this recruitment process as serious voilation of several settled legal postions and aginst the principle of Natural justice. therefore "things are speaking itself " about irregularities in Allhabad Bank recruitment and i request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible to prevent serious miscarriage of justice. I have utter faith in prudence of higher authorities of our system that encouraged me for such apllication.
