Cancelling of my SBI Credit Card

Sir,

I Undersigned Mr. Nizamuddin Sayed, i allready give to apllication for cancelling my SBI card Your side Reffrence letter no is MQ0034440000016 on dated: 08 December.have brought me.

Now recetly I got your monthly statment bill for other credit card number 4317575189168553. statment date 19.12.2009 Total amount (Due Rs) 1, 053.10

So how can possible above monthly bill and one more think my SBI crdit card no is not match. Because in year 2004 my card no is not same. Please check your record and send me NOC no objection certificate and suggest me in this address.
