Employe Harrashment and salery default

I was employee at Alleato Advisory Services from March 14. My probation period was of 1 months. I had given the highest leads as compare to others colleages in my probation period. After my probation period I asked for the appointment letter and the manager Mr. Sunil Shimar told me that my performance was excellent and I will get the appointment letter soon. But they didn't provide me the appointment letter. After that they delayed 15 days in payment of my salary and after that they gave me only 10 days salary. When I contacted them Sunil said your probation period was increased for 3 months without notice and the about the salary, he didn't give me any answer.

I send him my resignation letter but they didn't replied it till now.
