NON PAYMENT OF SURENDER VALUE

Policy No. 554790198, Dt. of Comm - 08.09. Plan - 181-10 of Ranchi Br.2, LIC OF INDIA, Jamshedpur Division, East Central Zone, Patna. Rs. 1, 00, 000/- has been vanished by Ranchi Branch 2. When I applied for the policy's surrender at the concerned branch, i.e., Ranchi Br.2 on 29.12. to my utter surprise, I was told by a note on my application that the policy is not FPCD (FIRST PREMIUM CHEQUE DISHONOUR) so it can not be surrendered. There I have attached the photocopy of my bank passbook which makes it clear that the A/c payee cheque no. 114377 dated 08.09.2006 was cleared from my bank a/c no. 1015702695 of State Bank of India, A.G.Office complex, Ranchi on 11.09.2006 and Rs. 1, 00, 000/- has been taken out from my account.

I wrote to the concerned branch but of no reply.

I wrote to Sr. Divisional Manager, Jamshedpur Division, but again no reply.

I wrote to Chief Vigilnce Officer of Corporation, Mumbai, but again NO REPLY!!

PLEASE HELP, PLEASE HELP, PLEASE HELP.
