Disputed Transaction

Hi,

My credit card got misused in Allen Solly showroom Faridabad (Crown Plaza Mall) where the store manger and the staff collected all the cards from the person who was trying to misused my card but could not stop him to swipe the cards and also clicked a photo of that person and did not allow him to take the shopping Items but according to him that person was successful in escaping from the showroom after this they called me up and handed over my cards to me and told about all the incidence. I logged a dispute in the respective banks, Now I need the proof that Bank has reverted the transaction amount from Merchant's account but Merchant is orally telling me that amount has reverted from his account by the bank but not providing any statement.

I am getting humiliated by both the parties bank as well as the merchant.

Please help adn do justice with me.
