Non payment of maturity payment amount

Dear sir,

I am holding a lic policy at bangalore division 1 K.G road branch. my policy no. is - 968708099 which has matured on 2/3 but i have not received the claim amount. and the response of the lic employees is unacceptable. they are not giving the right detail with the cheque being misplaced by them.the cheque no. is 706140 dated 28/3.

so, kindly take immidate action and release my maturity amount.
