Claiming of money without delivery of flowers

I ordered bunch of red roses for one of my friend staying in bangalore on 14/02 with a crt no.

CCAvenue Order No. CART27053029.Got a mail from them stating that mite not be possible to deliver it on time but guaranteed to get delivred on the said day i.e 14/02.

But to my surprise after sending them 5-7 mails neither i got a single reply back nor the delivery was done. To my shock was their dishonesty and shameless behavoiur of claiming the money from my credit card despite of not delivering the flower.

this is the most disgusting service i have ever found. I would really like to share this to every one that this is the worst floral site and no one should ever book flower delivery from this site .disgusting site full of cheaters sitting and making committments but not fulfilling them and cheating innocent people and playing with their emotions. FULL OF CHEATERS AND MONEY SUCKERS...
