Dear Indian Consumer Complaints Forum,

Myself Pramod Kumar. My Almondz Transaction Id is 10301343.

I am not satisfied with your service because my executive Mr. Kapoor is always lost my money because I have already invested money is Rs 20000/- in Almondz. I have already lost Rs 16-17 thousand due to Mr Kapoor. I have called many times to Mr Kapoor he always booked my transaction on intraday I always denied and says”sir pehle bhi loss ho chukka hai is liye mat book karo lekin Mr Kapoor alsway says says sir recover ho Jayega uski tension mat lo wo mere upar chod do mai recover karwa doonga aaj tak wo baat mujhe yad aate rahte hai... lekin company hume profit kya dilwayege wo to hum hi company ko profit dilwa rahe hai...”

When Market Sensex is 12-14000 then I invest my money after a/c opening. I I Have already talk to Mr Kapoor to many times but he says “abhi mai busy hoon mai market closed hone ke bad aapse baat karto hoon” but no response. I have already talk to Mr Kapoor Senior person (Floor Manger) in January he talk around 30-40 minutes talk to situation & says I personally handle this account and talk time to time and recover your money within 5-6 month. But no any single call come from this senior person side. If you have any system to record my conversion from starting to till date listen and solve my problem...

I again complaint mark a mail on 11/01 at 6.18 pm on helpdesk1 mail id. I have received a call on 18/01 in the morning. Mr Sudir Goel call to me he listen my problem and says “ sir jo pehle ho gaya usko chod do ab kam naye sire se shuru karte hai Rs 10000/- jama karwa do hum kam chalu karte hai...

If any middle class (My Monthaly salary is Rs. 11000/-) person loss Rs 16-17 thousand in market and again says deposit Rs 10000/- I recover your money have you provide me guarantee then I have deposit money.

Kindly solve my problem on priority basis...
