Out dated cheque

Dear sir

Regarding Annuity No:011Q0430076287

I had presented Annuity cheque No:186527 dated:4.09.2008 in canara bank, Yelahanka branch, Bangalore - 560106 On 03.10.2008.After four months, this cheque has been returned by the bank with under note that "CHEQUE IS NOT VALID". kindly look in to the matter and issue me a fresh cheque. Hope that you do the needful.

The above said cheque was returned to LIC -super annuation section 311day ago, still did not get any reply.

I would like to know the status of the cheque.
