Complain regarding credit card

Dear concern,

Greetings of the day!!

I wish to bring to your kind notice that my full name is Vinay kumar singh, working with Aman Resorts. As I have received my credit cadr statement, it showing a due amount of INR 9790.06 and its due date is 23rd May but as per your bank and my information it was told to me that whatever transaction I will do on my card I will be getting 5o days for paying my transaction amount no matter which date it is. But today when I called your customer care I am informed that I have to pay complete amount before 23rd May because my billing date is May 3. So I will be getting only 20 days for this. Which I will not be able to do it, and for this your bank is responsible not me,

why I was not informed for this at the time of issuing me this card. I trusted your bank word using your card from last one year and now I m facing this problem. Hope I you will be able to help me out with this. Will be waiting for your positive reply.
