We bring to kind your attention that we are one of the eastablished concern since 1988.It is well known to the people of the area. Please refer Document no. MJ2210512 addressed to the above address. The cover is returned to the despatcher it self without any remarks either stating no such address or the person is not available or door locked. The cellphone number is clearly visible through the window cover. The cell phone no is not changed at all.

We wish to inform you that in a previous occasion the same kind of document despatched from the same despatcher. At that time they informed over phone to take delivery of the cover. When i went to receive the document your staff at Karur bluntly refused to give the cover stating that it is not their duty to deliver the document and absued me and the same was reported to your officees. The office from Thiruppur, Chennai and Karur promised me such thing will not happen again. Your Office pepole wantedly returned the the cover keeping in mind of my previous complaint. Please note that action of your people is very serious. I have no other go to go legally through Consumer court. This for your kind information before going legally.
