Charge on my account 0f $21.94 dated 120711

My bank statement showed a withdrawal for Amazon.com/Bill, WA, US (listed as Amazon MKTPlace Payments) for $21.94 on Dec. 07. Can you explain what that charge was for? I would also like to know why I can't bring up a list of charges. I can bring up only the list of ebooks I ordered. Not a list of expenses. Please explain.
