Shares not issued nor refunded my NRI money

Sir,

Amba Entrpries director mr Tendulkar claims that he has issued my shares in 1994.

strange is that he did not reply any of my letters nor any communication from the co the investors till sebis action letter.

now MR.Tendulkar request r SEBI/Co registrars anot to take any action against co as the shares are issued according to him in 1995.and I have to apply for duplicate shares.

Amba is not responding to my following questions to help me to apply for duplicate shares.

when and to which address the original shares issued.

RBI approval no.for despatch of NRI firm quota shares,

name and date of Amba shares listed Exchange.

If shares issued in1995 why no reply my lettes and not send me any annual reports, dividents, bonus etc till date.

I reuest SEBI investigate this co, as they have cheated several NRI investors and have purchased sevral industrial plots and offices.
