Shares not issues and ignored all my correspondace

Amba Entrpries ltd

Director Mr Tendulkar

Address A-103 Shipin Bldg, Off Borsapada Road, OPP malhar Bldg, mahavir nagar- kandivali west.

Director mr Tendulkar claims that he has issued my shares in 1994.but he is refusing to answer my following questions to help me to apply for duplicate shares.

1) when and to which address the original shares issued.

2) RBI approval no.for despatch of NRI firm quota shares,

3) name and date of Amba shares listed Exchange.

4) If shares issued in1995 why no reply my lettes and not send me any annual reports, dividents, bonus etc till date.

I request SEBI to investigate this co, as they have cheated several NRI investors and have purchased sevral industrial plots and offices.
