Non Issuance of Credit Card

I had applied for AMEX credit Card through NTPC Ltd. Corporate account as we get certain facilities for travelling by Air India. Our company pays for the membership fees and undertakes to make the payment. But AMEX has refused to give me Air India Co branded credit card despite request by NTPC Ltd

.The funniest part is it is impossible to find out or contact any responsible person to speak to in AMEX.Whenever one rings up it takes hours to remain on hold and their authorised call centres knows nothing other then standard stupid answers.
