Egarding payments

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is SUbrahmanyam Jandhyala, I have joined in this firm in the month of December they have offered me as brfanch manager at vizianagaram and given me offer letter for 4 lacs. In that month I have recruited 2 managers and I have chosen office according to management. But I did not get my salary for the month of December'2010. I have given 5lacs in the first week of january'2011 and in that month we have fought from the first week and finally we got salary for the month of January on 12th of february and I did not get salary for the month of February'2011. This is not for me like me number of employees are there. They told us that every customer who deposited money they will get their dividend on 10th-15th every month. But they failed in that also. they are giving the dividends as per their convience. They have to settle to me near about 60k. Please kindly do the needful. because I have to handover 10k to one of the colleauge in amfundmanagers. Please do the needful and kindly take it serious. What shall I do for further proceedings. Because they are doing fraud business from the customers.
