Dear Sir,

I wish to state that sofar I have operating my salary Account in HDFC Bank, Poonamallee Branch continuously. Due to my family problem, I have resigned my job from the firm "Overnight Express Pvt. Ltd., " and the HDFC Bank hd closed my Savings Bank Account (A/c. No.04921140002820) without my prior intimatin.

In this regard I requested the Commissioner, Provident Fund Office, Bhavishyanidhi Bhavan, No.28, Wazirpur (North) Industrial Area, New Delhi-110 052 on 5.11.2010 to settle the PF amount of Rs.2488 Rs.5332 as already given to HDFC Bank may please be issued in the name of "R.D.Kumari, Syndicate Bank, Nandanam Branch-A/c. No.60042210000905" and the same may please be sent to my residence of "R.D.Kumari, C/o.C.EASUDOSS, No.12, Kalaignar Street, Valasaravakkam, Chennai-87" at an early date.

Since I have not received any reply from the Commissioner, PF Office, New Delhi, a reminded letter has also been sent on 24.3.2011 requesting him to send the cheques either to my residence or to th Syndicat Bank.

I am in very ned of money in the poor condition, once again I request the Commissioner, PF Office, New Delhi to look in to the matter personally and arrange to make payment to my account and the fact may be intimated to the Syndicate Bank and also to my e-maid: doss_lydia@yahoo.co.in.
