Very bad service from anagram

Sir,
I have an account in Anagram from 2 and half months, it is offline account named as Arif Khan nu.24801499, at Dhanbad. Problem is i am not satisfied from your service, as your executive told me we will provide you calls every day as market ups or down in offline service. But i only get 4 or 5 calls from the time of opening to till now. One time i also ask branch manager meaning of offline service he describe me and after provided me some calls.
I had invested a good amount also like one time 50000Rs and second 25000Rs but because of bad service my account is as it is, please check my account how they do transaction or buyed a share, nothing, they make me at loss also. Problem is that your executive, branch manager don't know to manage the office and Anagram company is responsible for that, the company only wants there own profit doesn't matter where customer is standing.
1. As your trade officer is not having any degree only he is having some experience from some another company and second trade officer he is a fresher not knowing any thing related to share, he only sits. And they never call or give any type of feedback, when only customer will call then they only response.
2. Your Branch Manager never reach office at time, he don't know to manage there staffs and not having knowledge about share also, if he is having fault then how he will say to there staffs to give better service to there customers. How company chose this type of manager.
3. You call your Anagram offline customers and ask how much they are satisfied from your service at Dhanbad.
4.Till now i didn't get my PASSWORD and ID. For this who will be responsible.
5.Taking money in advance as brokerage charge, and after that company will sleep only. what the duty of company is, to misguide customer only and to take money only. As before taking money customer is just like a God and after taking money company show his actual face.
Because of all this thing i Arif khan want to close my account and want my advance brokerage charges back. Please back it as soon as possible or after 15 days my advocate will send you legal notice with attached consumer court notice.
I will wait for your response as soon as possible.
