Non Refund of Advance Brokerage

I have Share trarding account with Anand Rathi. (Client Code HOA1301). I have paid an advance brokerage of Rs. 5000. I want to close my account. But when I contacted Anand Rathi's phone help line number they informed me that advance brokerage is not refundable. I was not informed about this at the time of opening of account neither by your executive. More over I was misled by their executive regarding other things also like i would be able to transfer money online to trading account from my saving Bank account of HSBC Bank but when my account was activated I came to know that HSBC Bank is not resigetered with Anand Rathi. Than I inquired with that executive he informed that we are indiscussion with Bank and you will have this facility with in two or three months. Further whenever I called Anand Rathi's support desk I never got a satisfactory answer. I opened account only as I was under impression that I would be able to transfer and withdraw funds online. That is a clear case thst your executives provided me false information and only on basis of such false information I opened account with Anand Rathi. They are not refunding my brokerage.
