CITIBANK AUTOCARD

I received a SMS on my mobile that rs.981-are due to you on 15-2 sender CITIBANK. No phone no. no contact address.

wherein hell should I go to search citibank or in which a/c should i deposit money & for what purpose money is being demanded.

there is no statement received till 11 Pm on 28-2 & they have given a credit upto 9th march.

this is a blatant loot, even calling to local call centre at Indore does not produce any statement till this moment.

It means they can raise demand on anyone & now it is his duty to prove otherwise. But if they are honest enough they should at least provide their contact phone no. or street address. They provide post box no.address in their mail so you can not get confirmation that a mail is received by them.
