Unauthorized Charges

My name is N.Kishore Kumar holding a AB Super Salary SB Account in Andhra Bank, Himayatnagar Branch in Hyderabad. My Account Number is 020110100008601.

As per the benefits of this account I should not be charged for any Ledger Folio/Transactions Charges for Ref go through http://andhrabank.in/english/PrivilegeSBDeposit.aspx.

But this month when I have deposited some amount in different branches and inspite intimating the Bank Officer the Benefits I got in this Account; they charged me the transactions charges.

I have already spoke to the Himayatnagar Branch Manager, but in vain... he couldn's solve my issue.

I request the Bank Officers to kindly distinguish the issue and credit my amount which has been debited unnecessarily.
