Extra amount debited from my Account

I have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 5000/- from an ATM with ID No NC560401 located at Gaddiannaram, Hyderabad today, ie., 24.03.2010 at around 18:54 hrs. I had entered the amount as above to be withdrawn in the ATM. Just before the dispensing of the cash, the ATM got switched off and money was not dispensed. My ATM card was ejected out. My A/c No.104510011030305. An amount of Rs. 5000/- got debited from my account. I request an action against this transaction and the amount not withdrawn may be credited to my account.
