Demanding money to givenew atm card even if expired

Hi, I am Rajesh Nagalla from vijayawada, AP, Krishna district. I am having an account in Andhra Bank Ring Road branch, Benz circle Vijayawada with Account No;ABG-013410025423120 since 6-7 years. I also was given an ATM cum DEBIT card with No-4688170134033655 and with expiry date 01/11.After comletion of my expiry i went to the bank for asking new card and the concerened official in the bank said that i should pay 225/-towards getting new card. Actually I did not lost my card or dame the card iam returning my card in a fine state, but the bank people are asking me to pay the amount even after the expiry of the card. So sir please kindly look into this matter and help me as early as possible. Thanking You Sir
