Negligence attitude of Branch Manager of Andhra Bank & staff

Sir

My name is M.Praveen Kumar i have account with Andhra Bank Mahabub Nagar Branch code 350 and my A/CNo ABG NO 035010025062583 .On 14-09 i have deposited a check in said branch vide check no 102692 Micrno 5090023241 of SBI Kalwakurthy branch. Till today no amount had been credited in my account. I have sent my brother many times (8) and also sent local sub -Inspector Sri Shanker and other constables to enquire the matter, officer told them that it will be deposited within a day or two but till know there is no result it is already one month. As iam working in Hyderabad and I am not able to go Mahabubnagar and feeling very bad with the Neligent attitude of Branch Manager and staff. Kindly help me and let me know progess and stage why my check held up and why there is abnormal delay. through my cell no 9705316192
