On date: 20/JAN my friend Dr. Pradeep Kumar Maurya has transferred a
Sum of Rs10, 900/- (Ten thousand Nine Hundred rupees only) from His
ICICIBank account no: 020201550355 to my Account with Andhra bank
, Indo-american Cancer Institute and Research Centre Extension
counter, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (A/c no: 151410100000016) with Debit
card number:4688171514016674 via VISA transfer and Till date
i.e;27/JAN i have not been Received the said amount to my Account.
I had a very bad experience with your Call centre pupil who without
Mercy and Knowledge and Minimum Common sense of Understanding Customers
Grievance Have given me A BULL SHIT OF 26 phone numbers i.e; One person
if i call that person without understanding my problem Gives me another
number and asks me to call them. Of this famous personality of Ill
behaviour is M/S Sanchitha who has no minimum knowledge to assist
Customers and Talks irrelevant language with Customers.
the amount was not funded till 27/JAN Evening and faced a lots of problem to handle the issue with Andhra bank UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEES who cant even Respond to Customer Queries in CORRECT MANNER.
I had issued a cheque dated 20/JAN to HDFC bank for Rs10, 493/- (ten thousand four hundred and ninty three rupees only) and due to the Irresponsive Behaviour of the Andhra bank, i faced lots of problem to Arrange the Money and Deposit that amount in a difficult period of Month Ending.
Kindly teach them a better lesson and also guide me to file a complaint against my Mental stress with the bank.
