Grave Negligence and in different attitude as 1month paased my amount not creidited in my account

Sir, My name is M.Praveen Kumar having ABG A/Cbearing no 035010025062583 in Mahabub nagar branch code ANDB 0000350 SEMUR and on 14-09 i have deposited my amount which i have received through LIC Kalwakurthy branch bering check mo 102692 and no 5090023241 till know the LIC maturity amount had been deposited in my account was i am away in deputation i have sent my brother 8 times and also local Sub inspector Sri Shanker and other constables the office staff and branch manager is behaving such a manner they are not listening to them simply saying that it will be credited in one are two days and even they are not giving telephone numbers. due to which i have to take hand loan from friend on interest for festival expenses . hence i request kind officers to take action against such officers so as that no other customer faces such problem again and the said check to be credited in my account immediately.
