ATM Security behaviou

I am sudha from velachery, here is a worst behavior of an Andra bank ATM security guard, during april 1st as its my salary day i gone to take my amount from Andra bank which is my nearest ATM, As i have to take an amount of greater than 50K using two ATM cards, once i gone into the ATM the security was sitting inside once i entered into the room he asked me to close the door suddenly i don't know why is he saying like that, then he said a/c chillness will go out that itself irritated me, he was sitting at the back as i have to take an greater amount i asked him to wait outside he was blabbering something, i didn't wanna make issue i was taking amount by using two cards it takes a bit long time, he was shouting from outside using very slum words he is asking Wat are u doing inside for feeling a/c u r standing inside ah nu i kept quiet and he is using abuse words and he is talking as if i am taking amount from his pocket and he spoke very indecently... as that time the bank was on leave i came without complaining about him...

Is ther any rules that security should sit behind us?

or we should take the amount within 2 min even using 2 cards?

Pls take this issue to Andra bank executives and respond for this
