Amont duduted in ATM with out money

Dear sir,

I jagadeesh is Maintaining AC in Andrabank Tiruvuru, Krishna Dt A.P. From three years. I have with drawn Rs. 1000 from Andra bank ATM at bangalore On 24-02 at 17.24pm. but I have not received amount and deducted from AC. So I have given complait in branch office (Complaint no: 563000001). when I called Andra bank ATM toll free no: 18004252918 fourth time they told money translation has done, you will not receive the money. So What I should do. I have gone hope on bank.
